6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

(but all the staff there are good though). I found Harry to be very efficient and professional. He has great knowledge about the housing market and was always there to give good advice and support. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
