From the very beginning, it was clear that she truly cared about finding the right property for my family and me. She was always early, incredibly attentive, patient, and happy to answer our endless questions.<br><br>She showed us numerous properties and made the whole experience so enjoyable. What really stood out was how genuine she was. We never felt pressured, and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Liyah is an absolute credit to her team, and I have no doubt she'll go far in her career!<br><br>Selling Sunset, Streatham edition! ????????????
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had an overall good experience with Galloways. The team was friendly, responsive and supported me through each step of the process. Some pressure was applied towards the end but overall I was happy to be supported by a smaller team and local agency to West Norwood.

They were communicative, organised and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Prompt, proactive, professional and courteous at all times. The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)To any freeholders looking to give Stapleton Long the responsibility of managing your property please think twice. As a leaseholder I was subject to the really poor service of Stapleton Long, without any choice in the matter of who our managing agent is.<br>My first complaint is their lack of attention to detail; nearly every account or bill needed triple checking and was often wrong. The details of our lease were ignored and constant checking and reminding was needed.<br>The second complaint would be their lack of action. During our sale we had very slow response times that held up the process and taking action for repairs was even worse. A major roof repair took over a year before any action was taken. I'm still owed money for repairs in an annual service charge that were never carried out.<br><br>In their defence, they were always available to speak to on the phone. But I feel for any other leaseholders who have them as their managing agent.

The team kept in touch regularly, were always available to answer questions, and did a great job chasing slow solicitors to keep things moving.<br><br>A special thank you to Aziza, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated every step of the way.<br>The purchase felt smooth and stress-free thanks to all their hard work. I'd happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property! ??????

I chose the worst time in history to try to sell my flat, but believe all the staff worked very hard on my behalf to find a buyer. At the time of writing, there might well still be a potential buyer! He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!

19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.<br>The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.<br>The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.<br>?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.<br>All in all, not bad but not good either.<br>All the best.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

It was a long road over a few months with a chain as we had a fall through due to structural issues. With Azra's support and experience we were able to hold the purchases together whilst a new property was secured. Now we have 3 parties who are delighted to have completed today! thanks again Azra!

Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance.
