When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

31st Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I’ve been letting my flat in Upper Sydenham through Pedder for many years. I don’t live locally so it is crucial for me to co-operate with a managing agent I can trust. My experience of Pedder has always been positive. This positive experience has recently been reinforced when I found myself facing a costly quote for works relating to refurbishing gas installation. Derek, who is looking after my property on behalf of Pedder, was most helpful and managed to find another engineer who at a fraction of the original quote price brought the installation to a satisfactory working order. Overall, I highly recommend Pedder and Derek in particular!

They have been very responsive and helpful, recommend!- 16th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
