13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

She has been phenomenal in her work and fantastic customer service provided.<br>Kristen has provided 100% assistance to us in buying properties, has always been to talk to and nothing is too much ask for. 10/10 for customer service, communication and relationship management. When the ladies at Bridgfords took over, they sold our home in 1 month. If you are serious about selling your home, these ladies are serious about selling it for you. I cannot speak highly enough of them and verbally recommend them to anyone selling a house.

She was always very cooperative, accommodating, and responsive to all our queries. She kept us updated at every stage and was always happy to help whenever we needed assistance. I am so grateful for the calm, professional and supportive guidance we received from Laura she guided us through all stages, gave us great advice and kept us updated throughout. I know at times I mithered her to death but she was always lovely, kind and patient. She is super proactive and kept us informed every step of the way. Even when we hit a few bumps along the way, Ginene handled everything calmly and helped us navigate through. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I was buying a property, but there was a problem with the burglar alarm. He said it would be fixed before completion. We had a couple of conversations on the subject. The sale went through, the alarm was untouched. I confronted him with it. He denied our conversations had ever taken place. Eventually he gave me a token amount of money from his fee that was nowhere near the cost - the whole alarm system had to be replaced. Estate agents often face criticism regarding their integrity, but I've never had one lie to my face before. It was a first.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

25th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
