22nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Winkworths were great at finding prospective buyers for our Mothers home in Beaconsfield and secured a buyer in May 2025. That was the easy bit! We then had the most extraordinary family delays over probate and finding lost documents - and Justin at Winkworths had the tricky task of trying to keep our buyer on board - for a year! Somehow, through excellent and honest communications at all times with all parties, Justin managed this, and we finally completed on the sale this month to our original buyer. Thank you very much Justin and team!

10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

29th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had used Oakwood Estates previously when renting out a property so went back to them when I wanted to sell. The service was brilliant from start to finish. No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care
26th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased through Allday&Miller. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well. He is a credit to Allday&Miller and we are so very grateful for not only his vast expertise as an estate agent but also for the kindness he showed us just when we were about to give up. Communication is clear and timely, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that both tenants and landlords are well looked after.<br><br>Akash handles property matters efficiently and proactively, giving confidence that everything is being managed to a high standard. His attention to detail, knowledge of the rental market, and commitment to excellent customer service make him a pleasure to work with.<br><br>I would highly recommend Akash to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated estate agent and property manager.
21st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
