22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have worked with many letting agencies, but this was the best one so far. From the start of the tenancy to moving out, everything was seamless. Telmo and Steve were wonderful throughout the entire year. Whether it was a maintenance issue or any fault in the property, they resolved it as quickly as possible. If you are considering choosing this agency, I would highly recommend them without any second thoughts.

She was so patient and understanding, especially when it came to paperwork and the emotional side of moving. Over the years, she was always available, making the process so smooth. When I decided to move and finally leave, Kerry went above and beyond, helping me with the check-out process, ensuring all the documentation was perfect, and making sure my deposit was returned promptly. I’m truly grateful for all her support, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable agency
30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oadby Estates to other landlords.

I bought my house through Winkworth 5 years ago and their communication, their speed and their pragmatism made it painless.<br><br>I have rented my house out through Justin for the last 3 years, and they have managed everything especially as I am not local. I tried to use a previous estate agent but found them to be uncommunicative, obstructive and economical with the truth. Jackson O'Rourke are the complete opposite. Special mention must go to Andre Silva who went above and beyond to sell my property. I will be recommending them to everyone!

10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

I was able to book our viewing via WhatsApp and communicate throughout via WhatsApp, which was really handy given my busy schedule. Connor was proactive throughout, and we felt genuinely well looked after.<br><br>If and when we come to sell, we’ll certainly be using Who Property — and we’d recommend them to anyone selling, despite only being the buyer in this transaction. It was a refreshingly different experience compared to a high street chain agency!
