9th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

During that time I've used a number of different residential letting agents most of whom have been breathtakingly average on their good days. The team at Pearsons do not belong to this group. They are good. They are professional. They are easy to deal with. They have my unreserved thanks and I recommend them without reservation.

From start to finish, Helen and her team were absolutely wonderful to deal with; efficient, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>They consistently went above and beyond, and every member of the team we dealt with was exemplary. Selling a house can inevitably be stressful at times, but their experience, communication and calm, reassuring approach made the whole process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>A genuinely fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Without Vicky's determination, patience and support, I honestly don't think I would have made it through this journey with my sanity intact! They supported us every step of the way and the home they have built and sold to us is fantastic.<br><br>What has impressed us most, though, is that their support hasn’t stopped now that the purchase is complete. They have continued to help us with various things around the house, which really shows how much they care about providing a great service even after the sale.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Regal and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
