Their communication has always been excellent and prompt. If we were to move again Irving’s would be our only call.

Crystal-Amber has been professional, helpful and responsive and has helped us to secure our chosen property quickly and easily. We have also received courtesy calls along the way from other members of the team, all of which has been positive. Excellent communication.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout my tenancy. Communication was clear and consistent, and any issues that came up were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>I felt well looked after as a tenant and really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Very happy with the team and would definitely recommend them.

From the moment the property was listed on the market to the exchange of contracts, the entire process took just 2.5 months. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. 11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
