7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way. We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

David on sales and nicky in the progression team have gone above and beyond to keep us updated , informed ,and able to make numerous visits over what turned out to be a particularly extended process .<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS services to anyone wishing to buy or sell.<br>Always available, professional , and helpful . 24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

It was a total change with Morton New: immediately many viewings, followed by chasing up interested people. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dan at Boatwrights went the extra mile ... in fact hundred miles ...on our difficult and drawn out sale - no fault of Boatwrights. We were selling our deceased Aunt's house and were not familiar with the area - both my sister and I live in other parts of the country. The past year would have been even more distressing without Dan and his colleague Maisy helping us with many aspects of the property - going beyond the actual sale. We thoroughly recommend and are extremely grateful.

Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.

The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.
