18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dan at Boatwrights went the extra mile ... in fact hundred miles ...on our difficult and drawn out sale - no fault of Boatwrights. We were selling our deceased Aunt's house and were not familiar with the area - both my sister and I live in other parts of the country. The past year would have been even more distressing without Dan and his colleague Maisy helping us with many aspects of the property - going beyond the actual sale. We thoroughly recommend and are extremely grateful.

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. All aspects of the process were clearly explained, and we were kept fully informed along the way. Even when the outcome was delayed due to the existing tenants not easily being able to find an alternative home, support and reassurance from the team at Winkworth guided us through to successful completion. From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help.<br><br>There were multiple complications throughout the process, but Jack handled everything with patience, professionalism and a fantastic attitude. He was always available when needed, kept me informed, and did everything he could to make what could have been a very stressful experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>It’s clear that Jack genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service. They always provide an excellent professional service with pleasant and helpful attitude at all times.<br>My new tenant also confirmed that he found Northwoods the best letting agent he had used.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Northwoods to any landlord or prospective tenant.<br>Well done yet again.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I had a fantastic experience working with David Clay at Fox & Sons for my mortgage.
