Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.<br><br>Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.<br><br>Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Pearsons helped me sell my elderly uncle’s bungalow in Romsey when he went to a care home. I was living 2 hours away and they made the whole process so easy for me. They checked the empty house once a week, organised a plumber when there was a leak and organised house clearance and a deep clean before completion. At times I also felt like they were doing the job of our overpriced solicitors! I really cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention to Karin who was so kind and helpful to me through this whole process.

18th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dan at Boatwrights went the extra mile ... in fact hundred miles ...on our difficult and drawn out sale - no fault of Boatwrights. We were selling our deceased Aunt's house and were not familiar with the area - both my sister and I live in other parts of the country. The past year would have been even more distressing without Dan and his colleague Maisy helping us with many aspects of the property - going beyond the actual sale. We thoroughly recommend and are extremely grateful.

They always provide an excellent professional service with pleasant and helpful attitude at all times.<br>My new tenant also confirmed that he found Northwoods the best letting agent he had used.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend Northwoods to any landlord or prospective tenant.<br>Well done yet again.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale. Thank you to all the staff in Lettings and Sales we have dealt with. Your service is impeccable.
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.
