I would thoroughly recommend this agency and they would be my first call if I ever need to rent a property again. It was a total pleasure from start to finish! 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

He passed all our questions onto the sellers and vice versa which made the process seamless. He also contacted our solicitor weekly for progress reports and delivered the information back to us which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend forum ????
25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today

Sophie and the entire team were extremely, pleasant, professional and accommodating. Sophie did a great deal to help facilitate the smooth running of the entire process, and ensured that things were moved along as quickly as the process would allow. I highly recommend Goadsby in Salisbury, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. They went way over and above to help with complications with the previous tenants, James answered the phone to me no matter how big or small my questions and just really supported with solicitors language to keep the momentum going and help me understand exactly what was going on. From booking a viewing to moving in, Carly, Who was the agent responsible for managing the viewings and property while it was on the market for a new tenant, was simultaneously friendly and professional, and effectively communicated any and all details that were needed swiftly, and responded to any questions we had promptly. Me and my wife are very happy with the whole experience.
