17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Throughout what can be a stressful process, he was consistently professional, hardworking, and utterly committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how easy he was to reach. In our experience, good communication can make all the difference, and Edward delivered on that front every time. On the occasions when he wasn’t available, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly — helpful, understanding, and clearly working as a team rather than in silos.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Edward and the wider Knight Frank team to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely excellent experience.
18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".
26th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. I've had bad experiences with estate agents before, and working with Tim was a relief. He talked straight, kept us informed at every step, and offered invaluable advice to help us navigate the entire process of selling our flat smoothly. His photos were fantastic, great communication and his guidance made a real difference. He genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.

20th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
