Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion. For their professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, regular advice & guidance and first rate communications, we would recommend Hamptons without reservation.- 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)My sister and I used Langford Russell to sell our late father’s house, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Oliver and Jacob were absolutely brilliant—they understood that we were grieving and showed great patience and empathy throughout the process. They were proactive from start to finish and guided us every step of the way, helping us successfully navigate towards a sale. We had previously appointed another estate agent, but the difference in service was night and day. The first was useless, Won't name any names but they are across the street up a bit with a red and black sign that says Thomas Brown! Opps! I would highly recommend Langford Russell for their professionalism, compassion, and proactive approach.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They handled all of the viewings and photos professionally whilst providing expert advice throughout. It can be difficult to deal with Shared Ownership properties, but Caroline & team made the sale as smooth as we could have hoped for. Thanks for all your help.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.
