It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Throughout the entire process, their communication, professionalism and commitment have been faultless.<br><br>In particular, Sophie has gone above and beyond on countless occasions. She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. She treated my mum with patience and kindness, and she kept me updated at every stage without ever being asked. It’s clear she takes pride in doing her job properly, and her team reflect the same standard.<br><br>My only regret is that I didn’t have the chance to work with Sophie on my own sale — but Langford Russell will absolutely be my first choice in future. We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.- 12th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)We had a great experience with Langford Russell in Orpington who recenly sold a property for us. Sienna and Jacob showed prospective buys around and both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jacob kept in touch regularly with updates when we had a buyer and was very easy to work with. I appreciate all the work that was put into getting the sale across the line and I would highly recommend Langford Russell if considering putting your property on the market.

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We had a really good experience with Lucy and the team at Platform Property.<br>From the start, they were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with, which made a big difference given how drawn out the process became. Communication was always clear, and we felt supported throughout.<br>Despite numerous check-ins from me we were always met with patience and good humour, which says a lot about the way they work.<br>Lucy in particular did an amazing job keeping things moving and staying on top of everything when challenges came up.<br>Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Lucy and the wider team.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate. Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one. They even provided a first time buyers box as a welcome gift after I bought my property which was nice. I would highly recommend Chloe’s services moving forward.
