We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Such an easy, smooth process when I was looking for a flat, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they called me back when they said they would, they confirmed all the appointments were still going ahead, they explained everything in a very clear way and kept me updated at each step. In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

I cannot fault the communication between us and Eleanor in regards to updates through the process and answering any questions/queries we had throughout it all. We would both highly recommend Fox and Sons to anyone looking to buy or rent.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

From the moment we met Emma we knew we were in good hands.<br>We would highly recommend John Bray & Sons for anyone wanting to move to the area or a change of scenery. Could not give praise enough.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

She is highly knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive at handling everything from finding excellent tenants to managing the day-to-day details. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

She has been easy to contact throughout and very efficient dealing with any queries. We are in a fairly complex chain however Michaela has facilitated communication between all parties and kept everyone updated throughout. We would definitely use Abbott and Abbott again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency!- 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Kira is a really lovely agent and helped me view a couple of properties on the same day as I was travelling from far away. She was really friendlt even from the first time I called. 23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Thomas and his team were efficient, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Whatever we needed answering, support or chasing they were on it quickly. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.
