18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Sadly the housing market was quiet so only two viewings in two months. We reduced the price again and had an offer from the second viewer. Sample Mills did manage to get the buyer to increase by a bit and we struck a deal. We are also bought in the process of buying from them.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

As we were relocating from Berkshire their support was invaluable — especially given the distance and not being able to just pop into the office when needed. Kim and Jen were brilliant throughout the whole process: friendly, approachable and consistently helpful. They kept everything moving, communicated clearly and were always quick to respond, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more straightforward. A big thank you as well to Sarah and Fran, who also played a part along the way and were a pleasure to deal with. And also Paul who pointed us in the direction of a reputable surveying company which saved us time trawling the Internet for one. The whole team came across as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on good customer service. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we definitely recommend using Dart & Partners.

Their service was very professional and they were also very accommodating in arranging short-notice second viewings. Throughout the process, they have very much worked for us to get us to completion, proactively engaging with others in the chain. A big thank you to Nancy in particular - she was very tenacious and nothing was to much trouble.

We had our offer within 5 days thanks to Andy’s wonderful photos and they were so quick to respond to questions and help along the way. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and wouldn’t use anyone else to sell our home in future.
9th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I hate writing awful reviews but sometimes it’s a must. Me and my boyfriend were on the search for a new property. We were so excited to view a property in Chagford. All was smooth sailing, we moved in mega quick and we were so happy. 3 months in my boyfriend reads me an email tonight to say after the 6 months we won’t be extending your tenancy. We are both are shock, people have been so quick to moan and complain about us but never hear our side. I’ve reported so many problems about our house and it doesn’t even get the slightest attention to fix the problems and we are worried we are going to be penalised for something’s that aren’t our fault. Ive been here so many times after hearing this is a long term let, 6 months goes by and you got to move on, we are good decent, hard working young couple who is just trying to find our way and we are being kicked out for made up reasons our neighbours have lied about. 5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I strongly advise any prospective buyers or sellers to avoid Coast and Country. We purchased a property marketed as a 5-bedroom home, only to discover it was actually a 3-bedroom house with a loft conversion. This level of dishonesty and the blatant misinterpretation of the property’s true layout has resulted in a substantial financial loss and an immense amount of stress. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a professional estate agency. Please exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere to avoid the same experience.
