2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading

One phone call to Northgate made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands, Jess was our 'on the ground' contact, Gary sorted the IT nuts and bolts and the whole thing has been painless and a delight. Our previous experiences had not been good so I couldn't be happier to have found Northgate and the Billingham team.

They kept in touch regularly and suggested different approaches. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
