They kept me fully informed throughout the process, always responded quickly to any questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Their knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
10th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Put my house up for sale through Manners & Harrison , had a few viewings before Xmas but after January things started to fly lots of viewings . Property was left in the hands of Brooke Gordon who in my opinion has done a fantastic job . Had an offer put forward which was under what I wanted . Had a word with Brooke and went in all guns blazing and got me an excellent offer . She is an asset to the company, Thank You Brooke x Regards John Popple

Chris always replied to me and took action right away to support me during all the process, and during the time i rented the property if i requested any assistance or repairs. Very honest person. My full deposit has been refunded as well. I really appreciate his proffesional service.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. 7th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We dealt with Debbie from Michael Poole after we successfully had an offer accepted on a house we wanted to purchase. Throughout the process and up to exchange , she always provided us with up to date information on progress, and was at all times proactive in dealing with our seller and the solicitors in the chain. She made the process so much less stressful and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her and Michael Poole in the future or recommend to others.
14th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)A few little hiccups with turn over of staff. The staff was helpful and their preferred method of communication seemed to be email as the phone was red hot. Overall they did the job and I completed. No complaints from me.
3rd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Since this company has been taken over in 2024 it has lost its professionalism and customer service. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.
