9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I've dealt with Gregory Brown in Ashford on and off since 2016 when I bought a flat through Harry. In contrast to some other estate agents in the area, he was not pushy, came across as genuine and realistic about the property he was selling. I could not fault them during my purchase. Some years later I had to relocate for work and decided to let the flat out. I asked Gregory Brown to manage the property for me as I was so impressed with them when I bought the flat. As managing agents they were also very impressive, their commission was reasonable, they dealt with any maintenance issues promptly and for decent prices, once again I can't fault them based on my experience. When my job became permanent in my new area it was clear I would not be returning to Ashford, so it was time to sell the flat. Once again I went to Harry who dealt very well with a difficult sale, the management company at the flat were woeful but all the guys at GB were pro-active with chasing them for the information my buyers required before the sale could progress. I've experienced Gregory Brown as a a buyer, a seller and as managing agents on behalf of a landlord and can't speak highly enough of them. They seem like a close knit, decent bunch of guys in the office and are everything you'd want from a proper, honest, professional local business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

All of our enquiries and concerns were addressed and we were reassured by Jemima returning our phone calls promptly and keeping us updated regularly, particularly in the last few weeks prior to exchanging contracts.<br>The team at Curchods, Shepperton are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.<br>Thank you again Jemima and all the best.

Their professionalism, care and commitment made such a difference throughout our move, and we always felt we had people in our corner.<br><br>Tracy deserves a special mention. Quite honestly, she did a better job than our conveyancer at keeping things moving and making sure we knew what was happening. Her persistence, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were outstanding.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Tracy and Craig. If you’re looking for estate agents who genuinely care and see things through, we would wholeheartedly recommend Johnson and Jones. Five stars, thoroughly deserved!

I went to view a property with Alfie and throughout the viewing, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and as though I was not being taken seriously as a prospective purchaser. As a woman buying on my own, the interaction left me feeling particularly uncomfortable and socially subordinate. You should provide the same level of service whether someone’s buying a 1 bed flat or 6 bed mansion. As someone local to Staines, all I’ve heard is bad things about this estate agency, so I wouldn’t believe all these great reviews!

Emilio, however, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome, especially having to navigate and stay very professional with a difficult buyer! Unfortunately, Oasis didn’t have a property which suited my requirements, but Emilio again went above and beyond and liaise with other estate agents on my behalf to secure a property for me.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
