9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I've dealt with Gregory Brown in Ashford on and off since 2016 when I bought a flat through Harry. In contrast to some other estate agents in the area, he was not pushy, came across as genuine and realistic about the property he was selling. I could not fault them during my purchase. Some years later I had to relocate for work and decided to let the flat out. I asked Gregory Brown to manage the property for me as I was so impressed with them when I bought the flat. As managing agents they were also very impressive, their commission was reasonable, they dealt with any maintenance issues promptly and for decent prices, once again I can't fault them based on my experience. When my job became permanent in my new area it was clear I would not be returning to Ashford, so it was time to sell the flat. Once again I went to Harry who dealt very well with a difficult sale, the management company at the flat were woeful but all the guys at GB were pro-active with chasing them for the information my buyers required before the sale could progress. I've experienced Gregory Brown as a a buyer, a seller and as managing agents on behalf of a landlord and can't speak highly enough of them. They seem like a close knit, decent bunch of guys in the office and are everything you'd want from a proper, honest, professional local business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

Suits don't indicate professionalism.<br><br>Previous review.<br><br>They are professional and well mannered, however, please be vary if you are the buyer and not the seller. MF & Co inflate prices like no other estate agency and they will sell you a lemon with full knowledge of what they are doing.<br><br>Looking for a morally sound estate agency is near impossible, but MF & Co is easily the worst I've encountered so far.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold my father-in-law's property for the full asking price within hours thanks to Caitlin.<br>Jemima took over to progress the sale and her knowledge, advice and professionalism have been outstanding. All of our enquiries and concerns were addressed and we were reassured by Jemima returning our phone calls promptly and keeping us updated regularly, particularly in the last few weeks prior to exchanging contracts.<br>The team at Curchods, Shepperton are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.<br>Thank you again Jemima and all the best.

Emilio, however, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome, especially having to navigate and stay very professional with a difficult buyer! Unfortunately, Oasis didn’t have a property which suited my requirements, but Emilio again went above and beyond and liaise with other estate agents on my behalf to secure a property for me.

I truly appreciated how he addressed all of our inquiries and respected our time. While I often found it difficult to get results through official channels, Brett was always ready to assist me personally. He provided the kind of support a purchaser needs, especially as a first-time buyer navigating the process.<br><br>My constant emails were always addressed and resolved promptly. I feel fortunate to have secured my mortgage through Bazely and Co., as the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all. 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Sam Jones property manager totally mishandled my situation. On multiple occasions he purposely withheld information to keep tenants liable for ridiculous charges. Absolutely appalling service and borderline illegal practices. My experience with Sam and leaders has put a sour taste in my mouth and has left a giant problem to solve with no support from the body that was supposed to be looking after the situation. Save yourself time and effort and go with another agency.

Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. 18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

We sold our two bed flat through them and they were fantastic from the very first contact up until completion.<br>Our buyer’s solicitor was an absolute nightmare but the team at Seymours used their expertise and professionalism to get us over the line eventually.<br>Many thanks to Mark, Gary, Alan, Billy and the rest of the team for all their help and hard work.

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
