8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

Despite being an intern and on his probation period, he conducted the viewings with great confidence, knowledge and courtesy. He was well-prepared, communicated clearly, and was very attentive to what we were looking for.<br>He represents Starling Arcade very well and is a credit to your team. We would like to recognise his excellent effort and would highly recommend him.

Many estate agents keeps you as option, wastes your time.They were always helpful, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly, and I always felt confident that the property was being well looked after.<br><br>When the time came to sell, the same high level of service continued. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with great communication throughout and regular updates that made everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>It’s been a pleasure dealing with the team over the years, and I genuinely appreciate all of their help, advice and support. Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Great knowledge and understanding of securing a buyer despite many challenges along the way Highly commend and would use their services again.

Communication was always clear, regular and personal, and I always felt that the sale was in safe hands. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout and was always available whenever I had a question or needed an update.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, particularly when there are a lot of moving parts, but Mark and the team made the whole process as straightforward and smooth as possible.<br><br>I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and Seymours to anyone looking to sell in the Staines area.<br><br>Thanks again, Mark — really appreciate all your help in getting it over the line.
