Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly, and I always felt confident that the property was being well looked after.<br><br>When the time came to sell, the same high level of service continued. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with great communication throughout and regular updates that made everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>It’s been a pleasure dealing with the team over the years, and I genuinely appreciate all of their help, advice and support. Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.

2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Stamfords were excellent when we were looking at a property they had listed for sale. Neena was very helpful in arranging the times when we could do a viewing to suit us, and allowed time to look around at our own pace. She was extremely professional, polite and friendly throughout, answering questions and queries without pushing or putting us under pressure. After a second viewing, we decided that the property was not going to be right for us, but that was nothing to do with the experience with Stamfords. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would be very happy to use them again.

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Horrible.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Her communication is second to none – she kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly, and proactively drove everything forward.<br><br>What really sets Hazel apart is her ability to adapt her approach to the individual. She was approachable, understanding, supportive and always knew exactly what was needed at each stage of the process. Her hard work, determination and commitment were instrumental in getting our sale over the line so quickly.<br><br>A huge thank you to Hazel and the rest of the team for delivering such exceptional service. 24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Communication was always clear, regular and personal, and I always felt that the sale was in safe hands. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout and was always available whenever I had a question or needed an update.<br><br>Selling a property can be stressful, particularly when there are a lot of moving parts, but Mark and the team made the whole process as straightforward and smooth as possible.<br><br>I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and Seymours to anyone looking to sell in the Staines area.<br><br>Thanks again, Mark — really appreciate all your help in getting it over the line.
