From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

I suspect there a number of fake/biased positive reviews here but -<br><br>Based on our experience with Anthony, I would advise prospective buyers to approach this estate agent with caution.<br><br>The process lacked transparency, and the explanations provided throughout left us with little confidence that matters were being handled in a fair and professional manner.<br><br>We recently made an initial offer on a property, which the estate agent described as “up there”. We understood this to mean it was among the highest offers at that stage. Although we subsequently increased our offer — ultimately making it the highest — the seller later indicated that we were not “committed” enough to the sale, citing our initial lower offer as the reason.<br><br>We had provided all requested information promptly, were in a very strong position (chain-free with a substantial deposit ready), and believed we had demonstrated clear commitment by increasing our offer. This experience left us feeling both puzzled and unfairly treated. It is disappointing when a higher offer is ultimately rejected based on subjective interpretations of an earlier bid, particularly when there is limited transparency regarding how decisions are being made.<br><br>The language used by the estate agents throughout the process often felt vague and slippery, leaving significant room for interpretation. Terms such as “up there” created expectations that later appeared inconsistent with the outcome, contributing to a sense that clear and straightforward communication was lacking.<br><br>When I later questioned how another offer had been accepted so quickly and how the process had moved forward without our knowledge, I raised concerns that there may have been preferential treatment towards another party. This was met with an extremely aggressive response. Anthony repeatedly jabbed and banged his finger on the table while raising his voice in what felt like an embarrassing attempt to intimidate me. Equally concerning was the fact that the other agents present simply sat back and watched without intervening or attempting to de-escalate the situation. Their lack of action suggested that such behaviour was either tolerated or considered acceptable within the office, which raises serious concerns about the standards of professionalism maintained by this agency.<br><br>Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and has left us with significant concerns regarding the fairness, transparency, and professionalism of the process. The combination of unclear communication, questionable decision-making, and intimidating behaviour has severely undermined our trust in this estate agent and their handling of the sale.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Philip Hunter worked on the purchase of our property. He was helpful and worked hard to get the purchase completed within the required timeline. Whilst always having his client's best interests at heart (i.e. the seller), he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to proceed. We were impressed by his dedication and organisation (in particular, coordinating multiple parties, lawyers and keeping us updated). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a tricky situation with our tenancy ending and finding new place which needed sorting, and Adrian has an absolute legend in getting it all resolved for us. He is a lovely guy to speak with on the phone, professional, patient when showing me and baby son property to view, incredibly understanding, and most importantly, he actually gets things done. ???????????? What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)My experience with Kearns Residential was flawless. Callum and Kaitlin went above and beyond, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap, but this has been anything but my experience with Kearns.<br><br>We received a sensible valuation on the property from Callum - we were not provided a sensationalist and overly optimistic price and we were not lowballed either.<br><br>Within around 2 weeks we had not only received multiple viewings but had competing offers close to our listing price.<br><br>Of course we were delighted to secure an offer so quickly, and at around the asking price, but where Callum and the team really stood out was their support throughout the process from start until completion. The team - and Callum in particular - were always available promptly to answer any questions we had, help chase up conveyancers and keep us generally in the loop. I also felt they never made overly-optimistic promises to us either, which I appreciated.<br><br>5* without a shadow of a doubt.
