25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!
1st Oct 2024 (2 years ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

26th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.

Everyone from director Matthew, Charlotte and Ian are all very professional, friendly, most of all caring and extremely knowledgeable, both on the legitimation and handling of any issues arises. I couldn't praise the team enough for what they've done. Particularly Charlotte, she is really on the ball, excellent communication skills and we wouldn't have moved without her advice and assistance.<br>A Big Well done and Thank you to your Ellougton team. 5 + stars service.

I regret not choosing them to sell our house, but after how our purchase was handled I will definitely be using them in the future! Bryony almost single-handedly kept me sane throughout the buying process :)

In particular her suggesting the house to the producers of 'Location, Location, Location' was astute. Alex was calm, reliable & personable. Everything was dealt with promptly & with ease via appropriate communication : What's App, e mails, telephone conversations & in person.<br>Alex I, in the background, was prompt too with his admin support.<br>Excellent. Throughout the whole process they were approachable, professional and provided sound advice to us. Although our ‘quick sale’ took longer than expected Claire was persistent in following up, chasing and keeping us informed- we felt that she was indeed proactively working for us as the clients which was not our experience with a previous sale through other agents. Thank you! We’d recommend Wigwam.
