Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Although the sale was long and complicated due to circumstances over which nobody had control, the final result was achieved and everything went ahead smootly. The whole process was very professional from start to finish, Sue and Nathan were always available to clarify questions and I am glad that I stood by my decisión to have them handle everything. Thank you!

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Having rented a property managed by Nicholls Tyreman, I can confidently say that our experience with this company has been absolutely appalling.<br>Throughout our tenancy, we experienced repeated maintenance problems, including issues with shutters and blinds, hot water, a fly infestation and the upkeep of the grounds. Getting matters addressed was often a frustrating process involving repeated chasing.<br>Despite these issues, when it came to renewing our tenancy, we were faced with demands for a substantial rent increase and ultimately a Section 21 notice when we could not agree terms.<br>However, the worst part of our experience came when we vacated the property.<br>Having paid a significant deposit, Nicholls Tyreman sought to deduct an astonishing sum for redecoration, woodwork and for flooring.<br>It is remarkable how maintenance issues can be so difficult to resolve during a tenancy, yet when a tenant leaves, thousands of pounds of alleged remedial work suddenly becomes necessary.<br>The entire experience has left us with the impression that the interests of tenants come a very distant second.<br>I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting through Nicholls Tyreman to document absolutely everything, retain every email, photograph the property's condition and be extremely cautious when it comes to their deposit.<br>We have rented properties before and have never experienced anything quite like this.<br>In my opinion, the professionalism, fairness and standard of customer service have been completely unacceptable.<br>I would never use Nicholls Tyreman again and would strongly advise prospective tenants to consider other agents.<br>One star is one too many.

Unfortunately our experience is hugely disappointing. We still receive emails about viewings for a property we don't live in and are still waiting for a sizeable deposit back from a rental. The utter lack of communication in the office is astonishing. How they have received excellent reviews is beyond understanding.

The initial valuation was informative, honest and collaborative, and helped us figure out the best asking price for the current market. When we moved forward, we were impressed with the photos, communication and prompt booking of viewings. We received timely feedback after each viewing, and everything was arranged with no hassle. When offers came in, the team helped us communicate with interested buyers and get the best possible price.<br><br>Sam in particular has been fantastic throughout. He supported us through viewings, discussions about offers and any queries that came up during the sale. He kept us updated regularly and was happy to chase solicitors and others to keep the process moving through to exchange and completion. Having a WhatsApp group was great too, as we had direct contact with Sam throughout.<br><br>Your Move helped make the process as stress free as possible, and we’re really happy we went with them!

In particular her suggesting the house to the producers of 'Location, Location, Location' was astute. Alex was calm, reliable & personable. Everything was dealt with promptly & with ease via appropriate communication : What's App, e mails, telephone conversations & in person.<br>Alex I, in the background, was prompt too with his admin support.<br>Excellent. 20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.
