29th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the valuation right up until being SSTC (which we are at present so cannot comment any further as I don’t have a crystal ball!) Sam has been absolutely fantastic. He was very honest during the valuation, did not try to pressure sell us, and allowed us to come back to him in our own time after obtaining other valuations. We felt it was an honest and fair valuation that had market evidence to back it up. Sam set up a WhatsApp group which was so helpful for quick communication, and we managed to sell our house in 2 weeks. He also helped us with knowing what and how to offer on our next property, which we have now secured. Even still through the sale process Sam and the team are always on hand if our buyers have any questions for us, or we have any questions in general. He was also a great help in helping us find decent local solicitors. Very smooth process so far - far above expectations.
20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.
25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

18th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel so compelled to write a glowing review of Liane Hanks - especially to contradict some of the other reviews. While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.

The photography is excellent (thank you Kevin) and communication, from Bonnie especially, was second to none. Justin managed the viewings and offers we had really well. We didn't sell our property in the end (no fault of the estate agents) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will be coming back when we want to sell again!

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

13th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
