7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)We had a very poor experience trying to let our property with JDM. We did not receive a single valid offer in over 3 months. The one offer received had a dog which we stated at the outset is not permitted by the headlease. Within 2 weeks of moving to another estate agent, we accepted an offer. I had to regularly chase for updates and re-wrote the listing blurb. I felt it was an overall poor experience with little enthusiasm and drive to complete the letting!

Our sale took nearly a year and had its challenges, but they stayed patient, proactive and kept everything moving. Communication was always clear and professional. I’m currently dealing with a very stressful situation at home, so navigating the rental process could have easily felt overwhelming. However, Jonas has made the experience genuinely refreshing. From the start, he has been approachable, responsive, and supportive. His communication has been excellent, and he’s always taken the time to answer my questions and keep me updated, which has really helped ease some of the stress I’ve been under. After my recent experience with renting, it’s been such a relief to deal with someone who is professional, helpful, and clearly cares about making the process as smooth as possible. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process.
