She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Viewed a semi-detached property on Croham Valley Road marketed by this estate agent and progressed with the purchase as a serious buyer, incurring costs for legal work and a professional survey. The survey report later indicated that the loft conversion did not appear to comply with building regulations. When this was raised, I requested a price reduction to reflect the potential risks and costs associated with this issue. The survey also highlighted several other Level 3 items (the surveyor’s highest category of concern), including concerns relating to possible structural adequacy, damp, leaks, and structural issues noted in relation to the garage. I was also disappointed with the way the survey findings were discussed. During this conversation the agent commented that “you have employed your surveyor to find as many faults as possible, which he has done.” I found this remark dismissive. A survey is a normal and necessary part of the buying process and is intended to highlight potential issues so buyers can make informed decisions. While the agent indicated that the structural concerns had been communicated to the seller, my impression was that they were presented as relatively minor matters, which in my view did not fully reflect the seriousness of the Level 3 issues highlighted in the survey report. I was offered a reduction of only £5k. I was open to negotiation; however, I felt this did not adequately reflect the potential implications raised in the survey report, and the property was subsequently re-listed. In my opinion the agent was not particularly proactive in helping both sides reach a compromise once the survey findings were identified, and the communication around these points could have been handled more constructively. This was disappointing after I had already incurred costs progressing with the purchase. Had the loft conversion issue been known earlier, I personally would not have made an offer in the first place. Buyers may wish to ensure they carry out thorough Level 3 surveys with reputable companies before proceeding with any purchase. In my experience, it was money well spent.
25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through. I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM. JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor. I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably. I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

He made the entire house?hunting process completely stress?free, even taking me to view different properties after the original one I wanted had already been let by another landlord. Aron listened carefully to my preferences, took me to my current home, and ensured I secured the exact type of room I asked for. He also made sure I was able to move in within the timeframe I had given him. The Charles Knight team has also been amazing—truly a team that cannot go unacknowledged. It is clear that client satisfaction is one of their core values, and I have no regrets about finding my new home through them. Charles Knight are genuinely reliable agents to work with, and they make sure you are well taken care of throughout the process. I would also like to appreciate the Director for always being willing to listen.

18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.
