16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)This is my first time renting a property and the second I walked into Homelink I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all the staff. After a short conversation with Inaya and MR Azad the we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. This was very professional and very quick. I thought I would take an hour but it was so much faster. After all the staff congratulated me and gave me a nice welcome box with discounts and a few treats. I have had no issues and the staff are very supportive. Thank you to everyone at Homelink for making this transition so stress free.

I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.

Daniel and the team sold our house quickly (after not having a great experience with another local firm), and were always available to help with any questions. Their collaborative approach and efficiency in securing a tenant, preparing a complex tenancy agreement, working with external partners and preparing the property for the tenancy were commendable. The team's proactive communication and professional demeanor significantly alleviated the client's burden.
