4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)This home as a whole from Domestic, Kitchen, Maintenance, Carers, Nurses, Team Leaders, Activities to Management are focusing and doing their best for their Residents and Residents Families and Friends whilst Staff are showing respect to each other and being supportive as much as they can. It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.
