They truly went above and beyond to help us with our move which was time precious due to expecting a baby. Northwood were excellent in their communication and always there for anything we needed which helped to reduce the stress. A massive thank you also to Louise Duck for her excellency, efficiency, and kindness. We would recommend Northwood to anyone. We are now settled into a beautiful home and made the transition a lot smoother for us. Jess & Rod

I understand that they guy I was dealing with was away dealing with urgent family matters but the guy left in the office kept me wondering if a house sale was going through or not. The estate agent had a conflict of interest as he’s now the project manager of the house that I sold. Overall it was a stressful time and I am glad I do not want to move house.

Myles came to value my house and was so respectful and friendly and it left me without a doubt that this is the best agents deal with. 25th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)My property was marketed at n unrealistic price due to incomplete works and should never of been marketed until these works were completed to reach the value Miller Metcalfe marketed my property for. My property has been reduced substantially over a few years recommended by Millers. The advertised value at current is £850,000. I have accepted a sale of £750,000. This is due to Miller Metcalfe saying it’s a fair offer and I have an out order stating I must accept a reasonable offer in my divorce proceedings. I believe Miller Metcalfe have caused damage to the value of my home and should never of agreed to market my property at the original first value. I have suffered substantial financial losses due to how they have proceeded forward with the sale of my property.
20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Unpleasant and rude!! Dealt with a lady called Claire who was rude from the very start. Avoiding calls and when I did finally get through to her she was nothing but nasty and rude to me! Unhelpful and made me feel like I was mithering. Definitely would not recommend especially if you was to speak to Claire. Definitely in the wrong profession!

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had communication issues and delays with my own solicitors, other solicitors and other estate agents but never with Colleen at Eric Clarke. She was proactive, helpful and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and give other members of the chain a nudge when needed. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Abigail has dealt with all my queries over the phone and has been amazing sending me property suggestions, being considerate of my requirements and budget. Super helpful! Emma took me to my first property and was very informative helpful throughout. Suzie took me on the remainder of my viewings and has been amazing. Arranging 2nd viewings where needed and generally being lovely and supportive through the whole process which is daunting as a first time buyer. They've helped to make the process / experience enjoyable and exciting Can't thank them enough ??????

No sales pitch, just a very honest opinion of what he thought my house was worth which is exactly what we got. The real star however was Beth. I love Beth, she was brilliant and every time I rang stressed she just talked me through it and said it would be fine which it was.
