The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Complete lack of communication, chaos in absolutely everything, inaction in solving the problems of the tenants!. ??The promises when signing the contract turned out to be empty words!. The agency created more problems for us than it solved! Waste of time, nerves and money! I categorically do not recommend!

Definitely helpful to work with someone with such a human-centred approach in what can be a very stressful time!

We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles. Since meeting John in 2008, I have been exceptionally pleased with the letting agent, landlord relationship. John’s team’s market knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with me being an overseas landlord with an 11 hour time difference has been invaluable. As a landlord, expect the human touch, pragmatism, practical and cost effective solutions to fixes, refurbishment. I can count the void period on my London flat in weeks on one hand - an achievement over a seventeen year period and testimony to the teams ability to attract contract and sustain lasting lease relationships. I would recommend John and team whole heartedly. SALES AGENT: John and Emma Mackie have successful sold my flat in Hammersmith. Initial my London flat and do the last 17 years a rental investment. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

After a sale with another agent fell through, Foxtons was able to secure a new buyer quickly for my freehold property in Richmond. Francis Wilson managed the sale after the offer was agreed and did so with great expertise and dedication. Complicated by the fact that I live in the Netherlands and my solicitor struggled with this sale, Francis kept stepping up, keeping things moving. Five deserved stars!
