Sometimes with house moves things can get frustrating but your communication was second to none and we. Very much appreciated that throughout the transaction. Not that I intended to move for a while but I would definitely use your service again. I would absolutely recommend Ashton White for anyone’s house sale. Thank you!

Zoe, the manager, was extremely professional and helpful throughout, making the whole process smooth and well?organised. Alfie was also fantastic—he showed us the property multiple times and was always patient in answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. His support and responsiveness made a big difference and helped us feel confident in our decision. Overall, the team provided outstanding service, and we really appreciate their help during such an important purchase. Highly recommended!
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. My viewing was confirmed both over the phone and by email, so I travelled to the property as agreed. When I arrived outside the property, they suddenly cancelled the viewing and gave me different excuses. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If the viewing could not take place, they should have informed me well in advance instead of letting me travel there for nothing. I expected much better communication and reliability from a letting agency.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We had the pleasure of working with Steve from Fenn Wright from the early part of last year right through to the end of October 2025, when we finally completed on our purchase. To say our house sale was challenging would be an understatement! At times it honestly felt like moving into the property Fenn Wright were representing might never happen. We ended up having to sell our house three separate times, which definitely made the journey a stressful one. Throughout the entire process, Steve was absolutely unbelievable. His guidance, patience, and constant reassurance made a huge difference. My wife and I even started to dread the weekly Friday 2pm catch-up calls at one point, but somehow Steve always managed to make things feel calmer and a little less stressful each week. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared he even called us on his day off just to congratulate us when everything finally went through. We actually laugh about those Friday calls now! A huge thank you to Steve for sticking with us through such a rollercoaster and helping us finally get there. We’re incredibly grateful.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

Jay, who we dealt with, was great. So professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. He was constantly in touch with our solicitor and our buyers solicitor to chase and then informed us of progress. David, the boss was also very instrumental in our sale. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Billericay I can honestly say look no further then Property Specialists. We also used Paul Robinson to act for us as they were recommended by Prooerty Specialists. Again what a great recommendation. Thank you Jay and David. Linda & John

I found the sales team, especially Oscar and Lucy, very helpful and pleasant to deal with when you could get through to them / see them. The office seemed under manned and there were quite a few occasions when my phone call would be diverted to an answering / out of hours team (even when calling during office hours) who could only take a message and email the sales team in Billericay. On one occasion I wanted to pop in during my lunch break (1 - 2pm, week day) only to find the whole office was shut as all staff were on a training course. The staff are knowledgeable and good at what they do but this lack of communication is both frustrating and annoying and not ideal during what is a stressful process

I was quite flustered and not very good at English, but Mady Suggers provided very enthusiastic and professional support for a problem unrelated to their work. I am truly grateful to her.

Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.

18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Communication overall was poor, and the final sale price ended up materially below what had been pitched and discussed at the outset. More concerning was the conduct from Yaseen, on the finance side, where agreed written terms were later disputed and the matter was escalated unnecessarily, including multiple threats of court action, before the correct position was eventually accepted after some push back. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the process fell short of the level of professionalism I would expect. I would recommend others ensure everything is clearly documented and reviewed before proceeding, if at all.

From advising how to ready the house, to finding a good buyer, to helping manage the solicitors constant enquiries and their shortcomings. Always available to help. Plus using his long experience and long list of contacts to get this ordeal over the line. So hard working. I will recommend him to everyone. Importantly, he’s a lovely guy!

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my property through Palmers & Partners Estate Agents and had a very positive experience throughout the process. Ollie carried out the initial valuation and was extremely professional and well prepared. He brought along a folder containing detailed research about my property, the local area, and comparable properties that were either currently on the market or had recently sold. His valuation recommendation clearly took a number of important factors into account, which gave me confidence in the pricing strategy. During the appointment, Ollie also presented a PowerPoint explaining the company, including their recent sales performance over the past couple of months. It was informative and demonstrated their strong activity in the market. Another point worth mentioning is that Palmers & Partners do not charge sellers or buyers for ID checks, which is a refreshing change compared to many other agents. Their commission rate was also very competitive and lower than several other quotes I had received. The company also has its own dedicated Sales Progressor. From my previous experience buying other properties, I know how valuable this role is in helping transactions move smoothly, as they liaise between the buyer, seller and both solicitors. The marketing of the property was excellent, and the results speak for themselves. My property sold within just 5 days, with only two prospective buyers viewing. The office team are quick to respond to both emails and phone calls, and every member of staff I’ve encountered has been friendly and professional Overall, I found Palmers & Partners to be professional, transparent and efficient, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
