Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. 29th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)They didn't do what they told me they would. I was given the impression my house would sell quickly. I didn't really get feedback unless I asked. I was told one person would do viewings and that didn't happen either. One of the people in the office was quite rude to me.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Immediately upon meeting Carolina, I knew I made the right decision to go with Griffith Nobes. I was immediately put at ease and assured that they would be able to help me sell. From the professional photography to constant communication throughout, they made what could have been a nightmare process into an easy, stress free move. I have nothing but praise for how my house sale was handled and would absolutely recommend Griffith Nobes for anyone considering selling a property.
