11th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

22nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.

She was down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about us as people, not just another sale. Unlike many estate agents who seemed focused solely on closing the deal, Angel took a personal approach and was honest, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process.<br>Nothing ever felt like a sales pitch. Her communication was excellent, and she always made us feel listened to and valued.
