10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I was previously a tenant in Palace Court and Foxtons were the managing agent and were good. When it came to selling my apartment, they were my first port of call. I had a valuation booked with Chuck and received email confirmation of the appointment. He never turned up and never bothered to respond to my emails asking whether he was coming. I decided to sell with Cluttons Hyde Park and sold my flat to the first viewer before it even went to market. I had such a poor experience of Foxtons and would never recommend them now.

He is professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me when looking for a property to buy.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Jacob and tlc Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy in Kensington and Chelsea.

He kept me informed of the sale of my flat in Chelsea and potential purchase of another every step of the way and was always quick to call me back when I needed guidance and give me expert advice. 13th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!<br>From the very beginning, this agency proved to be rude and unprofessional in every interaction. Simple requests took days to get even a basic response, which set the tone for the entire experience.<br>At check-in, the apartment was in horrendous condition, nowhere near what was advertised. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to replace broken and dirty supplies that should never have been an issue in the first place.<br>Once our stay ended, the deposit return process turned into an absolute nightmare. We waited days for replies, and when we finally got them, different agents contradicted each other and gave us conflicting information. On top of that, they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit without ever providing an invoice to justify the charge.<br>Overall, an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from check-in to check-out. I would strongly advise against booking through this agency — the lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency made what should have been a simple stay into a prolonged ordeal.

Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed help, they’ve always been responsive and quick to get back to me. She was incredibly accommodating with our tight work schedules, super transparent and completely zero-pressure. More importantly, she genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home rather than just pushing a sell.<br>If you’re searching for a property in the area, work with Freya: she is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Although we ended up taking a different property in the end in a different area of town, I was really impressed with the service from Strutt and Parker Notting Hill. Sam really went over and above for us, and was really patient while we were delayed with lots of viewings in one day. He was so professional and knowledgable, understanding and communicative, and didn’t pressure us in any way which you get with some agents. If we ever need to move again will definitely be looking up the agency again.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.
