Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track.
