27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a lovely experience leasing a flat with Sasan. He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. 18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Worked with Hamptons property manager, Selen, for a few years and she’s been great. Selen is extremely supportive and responsive. She communicates well with the landlord and handles tenants delicately and professionally. She took the initiative to invite other professionals from Hamptons large pool of experts to assist the landlord with decisions and was supportive in coordinating with the landlord’s contractors during extensive renovations.

Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)The sale of my flat was a complicated one as the EWS cladding rating changed mid way through the process. This had a significant impact on lending options available for the buyers. At one point the sale was off but Fraser Pollok did an incredible and very professional job in getting the transaction back on track and introduced the buyers to a mortgage broker who managed to secure funding. Stirling Ackroyd were brilliant throughout and the sale most definitely wouldn’t have happened without their excellent input and relentless effort. The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.

In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step.
