22nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Recent sale of a house in Charlbury. Ted George took care of everything and were always very responsive to any questions or clarifications needed. The house sold close to the amount they suggested and in the expected timeframe.<br><br>They took care of all viewings and provided timely feedback after each one.<br><br>They also recommended a conveyancing firm who were excellent as well.

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. He’s also been really helpful, patient, and responsive as we’ve tried to work through everything with two sets of solicitors. Thanks to Finley and the rest of the team as well. Everyone has been super friendly and professional.
29th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

23rd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Mark David.

From start to finish, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.<br><br>Communication was outstanding—Martyn kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to any questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. Everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martyn and the team at Breckon & Breckon to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely provides first-class service. 22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We can’t thank Christian enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism he showed while helping us sell my late brother’s property. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.
