This was a probate sale and they were quick to find a number of viewings, secure a very early offer, negotiate this slightly and have a quick exchange and completion follow. They kept us updated on the viewings and marketed the property in a very positive and favourable way. They know the area very well and were able to push this sale through very quickly. Thank you to the team at Ted George for a job well done.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.
20th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

He gave me all the time I needed to measure up my new purchase and was incredibly patient while I showed my children.<br><br>Hugo was professional throughout, knowledgeable about the area, and never made us feel rushed.<br><br>A real credit to the team. Thank you, Hugo, for making an exciting day even more enjoyable.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.
16th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.

They both assisted me not only with the sale of my previous property around a year and a half ago, but also more recently with my search for a new home and the mortgage application process. Throughout the entire journey, they have consistently been friendly, approachable and completely trustworthy. What really stood out to me was the level of both professional and emotional support they provided. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but Sarah and Jack were always on hand to offer guidance, reassurance, and clear communication at every stage. Their knowledge and dedication made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or arrange a mortgage. She took the time to produce a lovely description of my house rather than the generic jargon used and James took some wonderful photos. I was kept upto date all the time and she sold my house for me in just over a week. Very happy ??????

Easily available on the telephone and more than willing to spend time discussing matters that crop up from time to time and always mindful of the needs of the tenant as well as the owner. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.
