From start to finish they took a planned and methodical approach to the whole process rather than just snapping some pictures and bunging it on rightmove and that be it. Chris always kept us in the loop and was happy enough to pick up the phone rather than just hide behind sending emails whether it was good news or bad. If we ever decide to move again I'd happily go with them (the feeling may not be mutual ??????)
22nd Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

A special thank you to Jane, who always kept me informed every step of the way and responded to my questions promptly. The communication was excellent, with everything explained clearly and any concerns addressed quickly. I really appreciated the professionalism and support provided, which made the whole experience much smoother.
13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Booked appointment monday cancelled by them to tuesday and then cancelled again on wednesday again cancelled .had to take 3 days day off for these reasons.non reliable.first of all had to wait long time to get an appointment.

She handles any issues that arises in my flat prompt manner and she always makes a follow up call to check that the contractor has done the job. It is very rare to find an agent who is proactive, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to deal with when problems occur.

When we needed to view the property on a couple of occasions, she was always on time and professional.. any questions we threw at her, she answered or went away and found out the information in a very timely manner... fantastic service

Completely arrogant and liar but he’s thankfully been fired and Lee has taken over as senior manager. And what a difference!!! He’s trustworthy and actually calls me back. Got me and my family into my home and got a nice thoughtful box of goodies. Definitely recommend the team now that other useless manager is now gone. Lee is all over everything!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. The team have been professional, efficient and true to their word throughout. Our house is currently Sold STC and so far would definitely recommend them.
