Unfortunately I have been dealing with my Father’s health issues at the same time a tenant has left my property in an unkempt state and behind by 2 months rent payments. Ross, Drew and Chloe have been brilliant in assisting me during this difficult time. You never know what life will throw at you and as a landlord it’s been great having people you can rely on and help take some of the pressure off you. Thank you.
20th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)When it comes to marketing period properties it would be tough to beat Sheridans. Plus their deep knowledge of the local market makes a powerful and effective combination. Finally we were especially impressed with their comms, always to the point and timely. Overall they set a high, reassuring standard.

Our broker Aston went over and above for us, being extremely helpful from the initial consultation all the way through to the mortgage offer. He was always readily available, very friendly and very well informed, and we had full confidence in him from day 1. I honestly can't recommend highly enough. We are first time buyers and he ensured we understood the process at every stage. A brilliant job extremely well done. Thank you Aston!

Michelle Chapman did a great job of keeping everything organised and moving along efficiently. Having the majority of the process handled through email was convenient with my busy schedule and made everything much easier to manage remotely.<br><br>I really appreciated Michelle’s communication and assistance throughout the process, from coordinating everything to answering all of my questions and making sure I knew what was needed along the way.<br><br>Overall, I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend Michelle and the Shires team to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. From start to finish, the whole team have been fantastic! Starting with Will who we first met when we visited Aylsham earlier in the year and we popped into the office to give our details. Then Emerson who showed us round the property. Finally the marvellous Miranda who kept everything moving along and was always so prompt in getting back to us. When things got a bit sticky at the end with exchange and completion, Miranda was on it and Will too!! We were so pleased with everything and would highly recommend the team at Aylsham. They are all lovely and very good at what they do!!

They have a very positive attitude and have always been really helpful and supportive! They have been extremely good at keeping me updated, nothing was too much trouble! They have always been very friendly and welcoming! They have managed to achieve a successful and smooth sale! Well done! Many thanks!

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Having just completed a house purchase using Connells, I have nothing but praise for everyone and the service they provided. I especially have to single out Alexander Hutton who worked incredibly hard to secure me an interest only mortgage. This was no mean feat as I am almost 64 years old and really didn't hold out much hope of a successful outcome. Alex was awesome. Kind, friendly and understanding of my situation. I am genuinely so grateful. The whole team were so good and I used their recommended solicitor who was also fabulous.<br>From first viewing of the property to completion, took 7 weeks exactly. I do not think anyone could ask for more!<br>Heartfelt thanks Connells ??????

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Molly and Andy have been nothing but amazing throughout this whole process.<br>We had a very long process of selling our house and finding our dream house with location location. Even before finding our home, Molly was checking in with us regularly. They advocated for us throughout the whole process, always welcomed when we wanted to view the house again and made the whole buying process stress free even when our selling process was a bit harder.<br>I have never come across an estate agent as good as location location and if we were to sell in the future, we would with no doubt, go with them.
