Angelo and his team really helped us finding our beautiful home. We were given thorough information and responses to any questions promptly. We felt comfortable throughout the process and the results were amazing. We would recommend Woodhouse Estate if you are looking for a beautiful home to settle in.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. 15th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.
