Apart from a minor issue when our bid for a property arrived a few minutes after the deadline but was quickly resolved they were very good to deal with, kept us informed at all stages and were particularly attentive when we were arranging viewings for our house. Leonard and his team looked after us.

Selling real estate with her and her team was easy from start to finish. Excellent and fast communication with the client, timely assistance in any questions regarding the sale or purchase of real estate. I highly recommend!

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Gregory Henry helped me apply for my first mortgage. Gregory was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful during this process. He always helped to ease any of my worries I had, as well as answer any questions I had . Greg is incredibly easy to get on with and is always available when you need him. He definitely made my process 110x easier and I'm grateful I had Gregory to guide me through this process! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a smooth mortgage process and where the staff are truly catered to helping you as much as they can.
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Kirsty’s communication was excellent — she truly went above and beyond at every stage and kept us informed and reassured throughout the whole process. Gavin was so down to earth and friendly, which made what can be a stressful experience feel much easier and more personal. The marketing package was exceptional, especially the high-quality photography and the drone footage, which really showcased the property and set it apart. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved an offer above the asking price, which exceeded our expectations. We’ve been searching for a property to buy for a while, and I have to say Blair’s attitude, sincerity and knowledge were remarkable, genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced. It was clear he knew the property inside out, and his recommendations about the flat&building were really insightful. Highly recommended.

15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional experience with agent Alan Shields. We had a viewing booked for the 8th, but the agent, Alan Shields, moved it to the 13th because he was on holiday. We accepted this without any issue. On the 13th he informed us that he was travelling to Aberdeen and would contact us later that day to arrange a new viewing time. He never contacted us — we waited the entire day. Later we found out that the flat was already marked as under offer. At no point did he inform us that the property status had changed, even though he knew we were waiting for the rescheduled viewing. On the 14th, around lunchtime, I sent him a message asking for an update. He replied that he would call me “soon”, but he never called at all. We later learned that an offer was made on the 14th. This means we never even had the chance to view the property because the agent failed to keep his commitments and completely failed to communicate. He doesn’t even know how much we would have offered — because he never gave us the opportunity to view the flat or express our interest properly. I can’t believe how some adults behave like children—ignoring responsibilities, making excuses, and causing unnecessary problems. It’s frustrating to see such immaturity and lack of professionalism from someone who should know better. We rearranged our schedules twice and were genuinely interested in the property, but we were never given the opportunity to make an offer. This behaviour is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the agency. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our house through RE/MAX, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received — especially from Joe Beattie. Joe managed to sell our property in less than a week, and for over the Home Report value, which exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to messages, always on the ball, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. He consistently kept us updated on proceedings, so we always knew exactly where things stood. On top of that, Joe is genuinely friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We would highly recommend Joe and RE/MAX to anyone looking to sell their home. A fantastic experience all round!
