We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

22nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. It’s rare to find an agency that balances professionalism with such a human touch.<br><br>Highly recommended.

Their approach was professional but still really friendly and down to earth, and they managed to secure a great result for me.<br><br>I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.

The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
