4th Jul 2026 (2 days ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

10th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.
9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Called on Clee Ammanford to sell our property, when another local agent had failed. They found our first buyer in good time, but unfortunately they were not able to proceed (no fault of Clee) . Back on the market, more viewings and offers - and the one that came good. Throughout the process the team at Clee have been supportive and kept me well informed. Thanks Carl, Abi, Emma and a special mention for Lucy who has been so polite, helpful, reliable and communicative throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Clee again in the future.

Kayley and her team were very keen to get us onboard with John Francis Ammanford and had our property sold within six weeks and this they achieved over the Christmas period. We will 100% use John Francis again providing Kayley is the manager there as her knowledge and experience excelled all of the other estate agents in our area. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

She didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, she told me what would maximise my chances of selling at a good price. I followed all her advice and sold at a better price than I’d dreamed of.

What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and made all costs clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. My property was off the market within two weeks of our first meeting, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. Throughout the process, they were always available whenever I needed them, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A perfect balance of friendly and professional service. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Deborah priced our house exactly right and worked tirelessly to get and manage our sale, despite challenging personal circumstances. The help and support she and David gave us when our solicitors went into administration was above and beyond. Deborah found us a new firm and helped expedite exchange and subsequent completion so effectively that we only lost about three weeks overall. Worth every penny of their fee and two of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. If you are thinking of selling your home do not go to anyone else.
