26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, trustworthy, and attentive. Her service was truly flawless. Hayley was always a pleasure to deal with-friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went perfectly. She kept me well-informed at every stage and went above and beyond to provide support whenever needed. She is a real credit to the company and an outstanding member of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and I look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Just enjoyed an amazing 5 nights in the Cotswolds at Waters Edge. Orion Holidays made the experience stress free and made us feel very welcome. Our accommodation was fabulous,clean and had everything we needed for our family gathering, fully equipped kitchen (no air fryer though), towels and bathrobes for the hot tub and even a welcome pack for the dog. The Orion App is excellent and provides you with all the information you need and a 24/7 phone line for any issues or additional requirements. Central to all the attractions with plenty of things within walking distance along the lakes. The decking was over the lake and very peaceful although the occassional low flying aircraft heading for the RAF base was spectacular to watch.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We have just taken keys for a new home after dealing with Millie and Luke in the Hereford branch. This is our third rental property and our experience with Millie and Luke exceeds our previous experiences. From our initial viewing with Millie just two weeks ago, to get everything in place in a short time, despite our many questions and queries, is a fantastic effort. Every interaction with Millie was a positive one, and Luke was on hand if needed any time. Would be more than happy to deal with both again.
26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)We recently bought a house through Jackson Stopps in Chipping Campden. Rupert and his team were helpful, courteous and friendly throughout the process. At no point did we feel hassled or harassed and we can thoroughly them to buyers or sellers.

7th May 2026 (2 days ago)After moving into a flat on Russell street managed by Parker’s, rats kept me awake at night in the loft ( which I didn’t have access to) Even though I had just moved in, Parker’s insisted that ‘pest control is the tenants responsibility’, I had to get the council involved who ordered them to sort it. Then after 2 months- they put scaffolding up and I’ve had very loud building work 7.30am-6pm- 5 days a week and Saturday mornings- and often they work outside those hours too. During these times- I can’t open the windows for the dust and falling debris, and have had to paper them up for privacy. They’re fixing the whole roof and facade so I literally can’t get away from it anywhere in my flat, and I can hear everything- drilling, hammering, talking, the radio, and I see their shadows on the windows. I work from home ( which they knew when I moved in ) and it’s been extremely stressful and had a huge impact on my work. Since the roof has been left open, I now hear the rats & pigeons at night too. They said it would be ‘approximately 4 weeks’, it’s now been over 2 months and counting. They also had to fix all the electrics inside and fix the bathroom leak- it’s just been people coming and going, and I haven’t felt I can relax, sleep or concentrate on my work. The council have said I can get the environmental health team involved but I’m just exhausted- I’ve only been here 5 months and have now had to move all over again. They offered me a very small discount from my rent after I insisted. This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived.

He communicated clearly and kept me updated at every stage, which made everything much less stressful. He was knowledgeable about the property market and always willing to answer any questions. I felt supported from start to finish, and his advice was very useful when making important decisions. Overall, the service was efficient and reliable. I would definitely recommend Read Maurice to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)We used Jackson’s to sell our property , we thought they did a fantastic job, Nathan came to value the property and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable , Dave took the walk round video and did a fantastic job , photos were also fantastic and up to a high standard , Rebecca did an amazing job supporting the sale to go through throughout the entire process , we couldn’t have asked for more - thank you!

My sale was lengthy and stressful due to a collapsed chain but dealt with swiftly and compasionately and with a new buyer in place quickly. The best thing about dealing with this firm is the staff. I nearly always dealt Amy who could not have been more on the ball, knowledgable, helpful and kind. She always went the extra mile to provide a good service. Well done to all of them for their hard work and professionalism

Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
