14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)We had our property on the market for 10 months with another agent without any offers, we switched it to Milburys and within 6 weeks it was sold. We had the simplest chain, vacant possession and a cash buyer. However, the buyer's solicitor was awful, never available, slow at responding, asking unnecessary questions - it just felt they were trying to delay the purchase for some reason. Milburys were fantastic (Maia in particular), constantly badgering them and really pushing the sale along, I am confident it would have dragged on for several more months without their intervention. I would definitely recommend Milburys and would certainly use them again.

16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Chancellors were solid throughout my first house purchase. The process is long and stressful by design (thanks, UK property market), but the team were responsive, communicative, and didn't do the thing where they ghost you for two weeks then act surprised you followed up. One specific thing that stood out: they marked the property as sold on all the portals as soon as my offer was accepted. Sounds minor, but I'd had another agent refuse to do this during a previous purchase attempt, which left the door open for competing offers. Chancellors just... did it, without being asked. That kind of small thing tells you a lot about how an agent actually operates. Would use them again. Genuinely.

We stayed in 43 Spring lake which was amazing value so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second week at 89 windrush lake which was even better. Have recommended to friends and family already. 5 stars just isn't enough. Thank you Natalie and Orion Holidays.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

23rd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We just moved house and two of the properties in our chain were through Parkers Stroud, including the one we were purchasing. These sales were being managed by Matt Flemming. We had to try to get this chain through to completion before Christmas because our buyers were in temporary accommodation with relatives. This only gave us 9 weeks to get everything completed, which in the current market conditions was almost impossible. Matt was absolutely superhuman in managing the whole chain almost single handed. In the last 2 weeks of the process, Matt called us every day to update us and share progress. He dealt with the sellers, buyers, other estate agents and the solicitors. Unbelievably the process was completed within the 9 week target, mainly due to the unwavering commitment of Matt. I would strongly recommend using Matt Flemming at Parkers Stroud, whether you are buying or selling, he gets the job done.

They’ve worked actively to answer questions, chase other parties when necessary and make sure everyone in the chain is supported and happy. I can’t thank them enough - my house was sold in two days and two viewings. Moving day is this week…!

They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property.
