9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I was a buyer of a property Allan Morris Malvern were selling, and found them to be very helpful, honest and good with communicating. They always got back to me with queries. Kate and Lee were particularly helpful more so than my agent, not be local to the area their honest imput was useful. Kate and Lee were very friendly and approachable and went out of their way with things like collecting the keys when I had a vey nervous cat in the car.

From the start, with all the things that are involved in taking on a property and any maintenance that needs to be done, it has all gone very smoothly and the reason for that is great communication, it's really appreciated. 2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

The process took much longer than we'd expected, however, the communication at every stage was excellent and the advice provided was always helpful.

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. We had a lot of negotiation due to some additional land being purchased alongside the property but we were kept informed throughout and this resulted in a smooth and swift sale, receiving the keys just months later. We will certainly reach out to the team if we need any help selling/buying in future. Thanks again to the Tetbury team for their help and support throughout what can be a stressful process !

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This is a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us fully informed throughout the process. The marketing material and photos were first class, and the advice as to how to pitch our property was spot on. So much so that we had seven viewings booked within the first week, although as it turned out the first couple to view offered to buy it at the full list price and the deal was done! Can't recommend them highly enough.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Hills have been professional, genuinely helpful, and warm from the very beginning. Every interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
