From the beginning, the team were professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Buying a property is a stressful process, but they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything moving in the right direction. A special thank you to Tanya, who was outstanding throughout. She was very professional, straight to the point and clearly focused on getting things done properly with no messing about. She was proactive, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issues and keep the purchase progressing. Her communication was excellent and she made sure I always knew what was happening at each stage. Honey was also helpful, both during my property viewings and anytime I called the office. She was friendly and professional. Thanks to their professionalism, support and dedication, the purchase was a far more positive and manageable experience than I had expected. 11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

24th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)We cannot fault the service provided. Our house was valued within 2 days and sold within 8 days. All of the staff were very pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Property centre also found us a house to buy in the same time.

From the start they kept us informed and were always kind and respectful. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking for a property in the area!

9th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.
19th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We chose Cridlands because they are a smaller local estate agent who offered a very personal approach. We can only say ‘amazing’ from start to finish . A very smooth process and the whole staff work so hard to make it smooth . We felt that not only did they sell the house but they were totally approachable and able to answer any questions we had and offer various support through different processes . We would like to thank them for all their work, support and help. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to sell their property. If we ever sell again we wouldn’t hesistate to go with them again . Thank you .

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
