Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

He gave me all the time I needed to measure up my new purchase and was incredibly patient while I showed my children.<br><br>Hugo was professional throughout, knowledgeable about the area, and never made us feel rushed.<br><br>A real credit to the team. Easily available on the telephone and more than willing to spend time discussing matters that crop up from time to time and always mindful of the needs of the tenant as well as the owner. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of becoming a tenant for one of their managed properties.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We can’t thank Christian enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism he showed while helping us sell my late brother’s property. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned.
