From day one, whenever I had any issues or questions, Adam always replied on the exact same day and sorted everything out incredibly fast. Even during the stressful move-out process, he went above and beyond to guide me through and processed my deposit return seamlessly. While the agency itself is great, Adam is hands down the absolute best and the main reason I had such a smooth experience. If you are looking for an agent who is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about his clients, Adam is the one, trust me.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

Their fee is very competitive but its their communication and efforts in driving the sales process through to completion that is top notch. They aren't pushy or too salesy and definitely have the best interests of the vendor as their main focus.

8th Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.

22nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)In the past I have always used the big established estate agents not always with great results so when I was recommended Grafton I decided to try a local independent agent and I’m glad I did,right from the off Tariq and his staff were very professional very knowledgable and most importantly were always on the end of the phone if I had an inquiry,offering really good advice I now have a tenant in my flat being managed by Grafton,know my flat is in good hands and I’m very happy would definitely recommend Grafton
