He thoroughly understood our requirements, presented us with excellent options to choose from, and communicated each step of the process very clearly. Elia was very thorough in the run up to the tenancy, and made sure we ticked all our boxes. Would certainly recommend getting in touch with them at Litchfields if you are looking to move in to this wonderful area.

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

The head of the sales team Ian Barrett also personally reached out to me several times to check in and made me feel like a very valued client. 6th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bairstow Eves Kenley, particularly Maxine and Diane.<br>I genuinely believe that, had it not been for their diligence, professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding communication, the chain I was in would have collapsed.<br>After realising that my own estate agents were not managing the process effectively, I discovered that Bairstow Eves were handling the bottom of the chain. I reached out to see if we could work together, and from that moment they were exceptional. They collaborated quickly, gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the situation, and immediately took action to keep everything moving.<br>Thanks to their proactive approach and determination, the chain successfully exchanged contracts on Friday.<br>A huge thank you to both of you. 27th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I would certainly recommend Dabora Conway, both as a property letting agent and a property sales agent. While renting out my brothers property, they handled tenants, housing association, local council, utility providers and liaised with maintenance contractors without fuss, promptly and efficiently. When my brother passed, and we had to sell the property, the sales team marketed and sold the property quickly, and then assisted with the conveyance with the same efficiency.<br>Use these guys. They are good.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

We really felt that they had our best interests at heart. They helped us not only sell our property, but make the right decision for our family on our onward purchase. We couldn't reccommend them enough.
16th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

He is very knowledgeable and provided us with loads of useful information, given it was our first rodeo.<br><br>Our agent, Jessie, showed us the properties we were interested in, taking note of our needs and interests. She was very proactive and handled our case expertly, updating us along the way and translating all the jargon used between solicitors for us, making our lives easier.<br><br>I can't recommend them enough. If anyone asks me for an estate agent/agency, you'll be my first recommendation.

I’ve called a number of times with questions, he always picks up and comes back to me promptly if he needs to look into it. It’s been a very straightforward process given how competitive the rental market is at the moment. Would highly recommend!
