Having worked with some of the big firms [and been left pretty disappointed with the service], Andrew can only be described as a superstar. The way he supported me, the buyer and solicitors show's he one of the best in the game. You really get a completely different level of service from an owner manager business than the bigger agents. Thank you Andrew!

She was patient with us, supported us to identify right property for our need. Communication was superb. It’s was a pleasure to work with Tiarnae. I highly recommend.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!
29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.

22nd Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. 3rd Jul 2026 (8 days ago)A generally frustrating experience, reinforcing the narrative that letting agents represent the interests of career landlords over the needs of tenants. I lived in a rental house share for just over 12 months. When I moved into the property there was a list of quite basic maintenance issues that needed fixing (extractor fan in the bathroom, the bathroom door latch, the flooring in the kitchen had been left in a bad state from the previous contractor fixing the dishwasher). It look over 6 months of continuous nudging to the first two of these done, with us being told that these weren't a priority for the landlord - this is despite us being told our landlord owns over 100 properties in north London. The contractor that came to sort issues at times left things worse than when he started. Since leaving, I understand that further repairs aren't being completed, yet the rents continue to rise. Upon leaving, I was charged a £108 fee as a change of tenancy fee, above the £50 outlined in government guidance if they do not provide evidence of the elevated rate. I have queried and complained about this and yet they have failed to address this after 2-3 months.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.
