10th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Worked with Lois and Rebekah to deal with the sale of a relatives house from a distance. Lois was great when she came to value the house amd she was so kind and empathtic. All round the sale was smooth and straightforward and this agency was great to work with. Lovely staff, great comms and seem like they really care.

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and communication was always friendly and helpful.<br><br>A special thank you to Ocean Warwick, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was very helpful, approachable and kept me informed throughout the process, which made everything much easier.<br><br>I’m really happy with my new home and would definitely recommend their service. 2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. 30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

They managed to settle the insurance and deal with management firm to fix the interior issue while assisted to get another renters immediately after fixing everything.<br><br>Their communication and replies are promptly responsive.<br><br>Highly recommend!

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)House was a state upon moving in. We had mice rats and spiders galore as well as various code violations including a tilted oven and a gas stove blocking the fire door . When it came to moving out I was charged £50 for a mark that was supposedly on my bedroom wall, however the picture they used as evidence was as a different room. Save yourself some money and stress and don’t move in to a property managed by these money hungry, scammers. Also take note of how all the good reviews here are for viewings and not for how well they manage the properties.
