10th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.

The property generated plenty of interest and ultimately achieved a sale price above the asking price, which was a fantastic result.<br><br>A special thank you to Jess for making the onboarding process straightforward and stress-free, as well as providing an accurate valuation from the outset. I’d also like to thank Lynn for her support and assistance throughout the sale.<br><br>However, my biggest thanks go to Catherine, who truly went above and beyond during what became a lengthy legal process. Unfortunately, the solicitors caused significant delays and dragged the transaction on for several months, but Catherine was relentless in chasing all parties involved and keeping the process moving forward. Her hard work, persistence, and constant communication with me made a huge difference and were instrumental in finally getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire journey and was always kept informed of progress. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Their professionalism, dedication, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you again to the whole team for all your hard work.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I have dealt with Pearson Ferrier for several years and all staff are exceptional in what they do, whether it be letting or selling. They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

They were there from the beginning to the end of the process to reassure, help and guide.<br>Laurence came to our property fully prepared for the valuation and from then guided us throughout the viewings and initial sale process.<br>Eleanor kept the sale chain updated and moving, smoothing everything over.<br>Toli and the whole team were there especially when it mattered most.

Natalie Hughes showed me around two lots of properties over the last few weeks. Her knowledge of the area, and property expertise proved pivotal in helping me have clarity in my decision and having my offer accepted, which I am extremely grateful for. 7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.
